Daily stock rockets & losers; Cimic Group soars 33.4% after receiving a takeover offer from Hochtief
Looking at the movers and shakers on the ASX200 today.
Cimic Group is leading the stock rockets today, up 33.4% after the multinational contractor announced it has received a takeover offer from leading German construction group Hochtief (HOSH-TEEF) for $22 per share that Hochtief does not own of Cimics’.
Perseus Mining is trading 13% higher today,
And Nine Entertainment is rallying 4.6% after lunchtime following the release of the media giant’s half yearly results including group revenue up 15%.
On the losing front,
Life360 leads the losers today down 28.3% following the release of the company’s full year results including net loss increasing by 106%.
Appen is also down 25% today after also releasing full year results including net profit after tax down 20%.
And Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals is trading 14.9% lower after lunchtime.
